LOVE GOODLY creates eco-luxury bimonthly subscription boxes. The contents are carefully curated to fit a green lifestyle mindset, and their goal is to help women discover the highest quality vegan, toxin-free beauty & wellness products to encourage healthier living.
Just in time for Earth Month, LOVE GOODLY is releasing the mother of all green boxes filled to the brim with nontoxic goodies. And, as luck has it, I know what’s going to be included in the April / May LOVE GOODLY box. Read more to know all the juicy deets, and if you like what you see order yours before they run out of them!
How I love a good subscription box! They’re a great way to treat yo’self without spending a lot of money, and I always love the thrill that comes along with receiving a package in the mail. However, there are not that many subscription boxes that cater to the green community, so when I discovered LOVE GOODLY I was ecstatic.
The April/May box comes filled to the brim with green goodness for the beauty addicts with a conscience. Valued over $125 and retailing for $29.95, it’s a deal that’s good for you and good for the environment, as part of the benefits will be donated to Farm Sanctuary, the nation’s largest farm animal rescue and protection organization. So, what does the April/May LOVE GOODLY box contain?
One Love Organics Love Springs Eternal YOUTH PRESERVATION SERUM (Value $75)
This luxuriously lightweight oil boasts some of Mother Nature’s most effective gifts: Blue Seakale, a marine plant, to soothe and revitalize; and protein-rich sea algae, to deeply moisturize for improved skin tonicity and firmness. Green tea, watermelon and jasmine oils easily absorb into the skin for a super effective nighttime boost of emollient moisture. At the heart of this restorative elixir, Barbary Fig Plant Stem Cells and D’Orientine S, a botanical active extracted from date seeds, display strong youth preservation properties and help to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Certified by Ecocert Greenlife. Vegan, non-toxic and cruelty-free.
100% Pure MARACUJA MASCARA BLACK TEA (Value $25)
You know I love 100% Pure for a myriad of reasons. Chiefly, because they’re one of the few companies that produce natural makeup using fruit pigments and not iron oxides, which I’m trying to avoid when it comes to lipsticks (my stomach doesn’t really like heavy metals, please and thank you!) Their mascaras are really exceptional in the green makeup world, as they perform beautifully without the nasties that usually irritate my eyes. In the LOVE GOODLY box you’ll find a black tea mascara, which is my personal favorite, but you can also select Dark Chocolate if you are more inclined to use brownish hues. Vegan, non-toxic and cruelty-free.
PureSol KONJAC BODY SPONGE (Value $13)
I’m a sucker for konjak sponges because they are very respectful of my very dry and sensitive epidermis (which is not a winning combo, if you ask me.) The PureSol sponge contains activated carbon and essential minerals to deeply cleanse and absorb excess sebum and grime. It is extremely soft and gentle for everyday skin care. Vegan, non-toxic and cruelty-free.
100% Pure BRIGHT EYES MASK (Value $7)
This mask has kept the green bloggers on their toes since its launch, and with good reason! Highly caffeinated, these eye mask brightens and de-puffs. Extremely hydrating, the mask material “hydrogel” is composed of 95% organic aloe water and 5% plant cellulose made to intensely hydrate. The longer you leave the mask on your skin, the thinner the hydrogel mask becomes because the water gets absorbed. As all 100% Pure products, it’s vegan, non-toxic and cruelty-free.
Juice Served Here $10 coupon
The box also contains a $10 coupon to experience nutrient dense produce hand-selected from local biodynamic farms cold-pressed in a zero waste facility juiced to perfection. Ships nationwide.
I personally can’t wait to receive the LOVE GOODLY April / May Box. Although I’m familiar with one of the products, the rest of them are a mystery to me and I always love the thrill of the beauty hunt, as I’m convinced that there are really good natural options for those people transitioning to a cleaner beauty routine. Plus, the 100% Pure products pay for the cost of the box by themselves, making it a great deal.
On a side note, I find that a bi-monthly box deeply resonates with my slow living approach to beauty, as I believe it’s better to use lesser products of a better quality to respect our bodies and the environment. No good has ever come of a half-used and expired jar of beauty cream, which is what happened to me while I was experiencing my beauty hoarder phase.
LOVE GOODLY is kindly sending me a sample box, so I’ll update this review once I have had the chance to test all these products.
