Four perfect all-natural nude lipsticks

Have you been struggling to find a natural version of the nude look? Are you in the quest for the perfect my-lips-but-better nude color? Then this selection is for you: Four perfect and all-natural nude lipsticks with zero synthetic ingredients that happen to be vegan and cruelty-free. You can thank me later :)

1. Lip Caramel in Ganache by 100% Pure ($25): This is one of my favorite natural brands ever. The lippies are made using pigments from dried fruits, so the formulas are vegan, flattering, super moisturizing and long-lasting (no crushed beetles here, ladies.) A hybrid between a gloss and a lipstick, this Lip Caramel pigments beautifully with the most flattering mauve/pink. To achieve a nude effect just apply three dots on your lower lip and blend well. For full coverage (or a perfect night out with the ladies) don't hesitate to with more layers: You'll get a glorious pink. To read my full review of the Lip Caramel line, please click here.

2. Lip Shine in Honest by RMS Beauty ($25): Rosie-Marie Swift is one of the ladies of the green cosmetics revolution. For many years she has spearheaded RMS, her privately-own totally natural and organic makeup and skincare line. Her products achieve gorgeous results, and the Lip Shines have the most amazing and buildable texture. This dusty rose color is perfect for an everyday healthy look. It is also created using a base of superfood coconut and buriti oils, which are well-known in the green community for their antioxidant properties. Made in the USA.

3. Lipstick in Innocence by Au Naturale Cosmetics ($22): I came in contact with Au Naturale Cosmetics at the Indie Beauty Expo held in New York. I was instantly drawn to their world of lippies formulated without gluten, parabens, fillers or other nasty non-natural components. Innocence is a beautiful and flattering nude pink with the slightest hint of shine that gives you an instant healthy look. It is also surprisingly quite comfortable to wear even on naturally dry lips, unlike many synthetic lipstick counterparts. Made in the USA.

4. Lip Nourish in Tea Rose by Luk Beautyfood ($24.95): This Australian brand was another of my big discoveries at the Indie Beauty Expo in New York. Totally natural and nourished with ingredients straight from the pantry, their formulas are literally good to eat. Tea Rose is a sheer wash of color in a delicate deep dusty rose. I find it's perfect for everyday and office looks by adding the extra finishing touch to a polished look without becoming overwhelming. With the most hydrating formula of the selection, the avocado oil and cocoa butter nourish the lips deeply. I personally love the organic flavor derived from lemon, mint, and rosemary oils, and although I like wearing bolder colors I have to admit I've received many compliments on the occasions I've decided to amp up my eyes and rock this Tea Rose Lip Nourish on my lips.

I'm curious! Have you found your perfect totally natural nude yet?
