7 Lifestyle Gifts for Mom under $100

Although mothers deserve to receive our love and affection each and every one of the days in our lives, it's always nice to remind them how grateful we are with a small token of appreciation. To celebrate the upcoming Mother's Day, I have especially curated a guide of my favorite gifts under $100 that scream "thank you!."

(Psst... Follow the pretty bold pink links to learn more about the products!)

From left to right:

Blood Orange and Vanilla soy wax candle ($24) by John Master's Organics: This recently-launched gorgeous candle is handmade from GMO-free soy wax and pure organic essential oils, creating a luxurious and decadent experience for the most eco-conscious mothers. With over 30 hours of burning time, the blood orange and vanilla candle is presented in a beautiful reclaimed (and reusable) glass jar to compliment the decor of any piece.

Megan Necklace ($88) by Sugarbean Jewelry: This dainty and beautiful necklace is a great keepsake gift for Mother's Day. Carefully created with seven individual cubic zirconia pieces that catch and reflect the light individually, it is a fashion statement that compliments many looks. Made from solid sterling silver plated with 14k yellow gold, the Megan necklace measures 16 inches and includes a 2-inch extension to accommodate different length preferences.

Mushroom farm ($19) by Back to the Roots: Is mom gifted with a green hand and loves gardening? Then, this is the perfect gift for her! With this incredibly compact kit it is possible to grow FDA-certified organic oyster mushrooms in just 10 days from the convenience of your own home. The mushrooms are delicious, and they don't take up much space!

Cloud Sketching: Creative Drawing for Cloud Spotters and Daydreamers ($12.21) by Martin Feijoo: Do you remember when you used to find animals in the clouds as a child? This wonderful book by Martin Feijoo brings back all the joy of spotting cloud paraeidolias (yes, that's the scientific name for making out shapes in clouds, walls, and similar surfaces) for adults. Lavishly illustrated with wonderful pictures and chock-full of prompts and directions to unleash your inner creativity, this gift is ideal for the mother that sometimes needs to get her head lost in the clouds.

Frankie SPF 50+ fedora hat ($44) by Wallaroo: Created in Colorado after the founders discovered that Australians used brightly covered hats to protect them against melanoma, Wallaroo is an American company that protects its customers against the damaging effects of sun one hat at a time. This SPF 50+ hat is an ideal gift for stylish mothers who want to get an extra boost in their SPF protection, or who simply forget at times to reapply their own SPF during the day. Extremely light, versatile, stylish, and very easy to wear, the Frankie hat features an internal string to adapt to every head contour.

Celebrity sandal in Silver (from $99) by Kara Mac Shoe Candy: This company produces customizable shoes that can bring you from the office to an A-list event at the snap of an accessory. This sandal is my favorite product: Extremely comfortable and handsomely crafted by highly-skilled artisans in Brazil, it features a mid heel appropriate for all occasions. Shown here with one of the many options available (a crystal T-strap and a removable ankle strap), this sandal can be further customized by adding your favorite heel covers in an amazing range of colors, toe clips and other T-strap accessories. The sky's the limit! This is an ideal gift for the fashionista mother who loves to express her creativity.

Dakota ID carrier ($25) by Lillybee by Scout: This beautiful red-and-black ID case is made with faux textured leather. Extremely water resistant and easy to wipe clean, it has enough space inside to fit an ID, a couple of credit cards, and some change. What makes this product really special is that it has an interchangeable charm zipper pull that can be customized with the amazing selection available at the brand's website, including school and sorority charms to remind mom of her amazing adventures or to simply thank her for her support during your school years.
