Star Wars Loot Crate Sells On Cyber Monday

For those willing to have the Force on their side this Cyber Monday, Loot Crate has just revealed they will sell a special Star Wars Limited Edition crate for $100 (including shipping and handling.)

Loot Crate is a company specialized in creating monthly subscription boxes for geeks, gamers, and pop culture lovers. Aside from their regular Loot Crate and Level Up offerings, they create special limited editions a few times a year. This upcoming Monday, November the 30th (aka Cyber Monday), Loot Crate will sell a special crate to celebrate the upcoming film Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

The limited edition crate will contain 9 stellar Star Wars collectibles, 5 of which are exclusively manufactured for Loot Crate and not available anywhere else. The price is $100 for USA and $125 for other countries (including shipping and handling.) Collectively, the items inside the crate are valued at over $150+ total. What's more, 20 randomly-selected Star Wars Loot Craters will receive a Funki Hikari C-3PO variant figure valued at $80. As per their words, this is the biggest Loot Crate ever, and it's big enough to fit Yoda inside (a good Cyber Monday bargain that is!)

As with any other subscription box, Loot Crate takes pride in keeping its contents secret (which to me is a plus, because it keeps the suspense and makes me excited to receive something in the mail, like when eons ago I had many penfriends all over the world.) However, they unveiled one of the items that will be inside the crate (and I promise I tried to get more information from them, but these guys know how to keep a secret!) It features a delightful little guy who will surely be the star this upcoming holidays: BB-8.

I recently received a Loot Crate dedicated to Back to the Future and from what I saw inside I can honestly say you get your money's worth. However, it is way more expensive than the regular Loot Crates ($20 each.) My bet is they are including some juicy stuff, and the timing of this release suggests it will very likely have something to do with Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

This looks like a really great deal for the geek in your life (or for the geek inside you.) This product sells out extremely quickly, so if you're a die-core Star Wars fan don't wait too long or you might miss it. For more info and to purchase the crate, visit lootcrate.com/star-wars
